Kal's Child is an unnamed and unknown hybrid of human and alien DNA born to a stripper raped by Kal. It is a second-generation hybrid that died shortly after its birth in an ambulance crash and burn, incinerating it before it could escape.

- Its birth was similar to Sara's birth, in the back of a vehicle. This creature attacks the driver similarly to the way Portus killed the soldier in Species III: both are half-human/half-alien children killing a human with their retractile tongues.
- It dies very shortly after its birth, similarly to Sil's offspring as well as Anne's offspring.
