Kal's Mother is a minor character in the comic Species: Human Race.
Biography[]
Kal's mother was a survivor of a car crash that put her into a coma. Since all her organs still functioned perfectly, she was used as a guinea pig/surrogate mother for an alien-human hybrid experiment by Duburke Chemicals. A hybrid fetus grew to full term within a matter of days, and unfortunately killed the woman in the process of the birth.
