Marcy's Son (also known as Lindsey's Son in the novel) is the only male alien/human hybrid seen born from a human mother in Species II. He is the firstborn son of Patrick Ross, who was infected with alien DNA, and a woman known as the Debutante. His birth is followed by the birth of a half-brother born to another woman the same night he was born.
Biography[]
Conceived shortly after Marcy had sex with Patrick, this hybrid was born in the bathroom of a hotel room, killing his mother in the process. He was later seen being taken by his father, along with his half-brother, to a barn shed where he developed over the next few weeks before entering the cocoon stage to be reborn as an adult. Prior to his rebirth, he was likely killed with infected human DNA because his immune system couldn't cope with human-based diseases, such as sickle cell anemia.

Marcy[]
Marcy is the biological mother of her half-alien son. However, he doesn't really have a relationship with her. After being impregnated by Patrick, she immediately gives birth to him in the bathroom and dies shortly after.
Patrick Ross[]
Patrick Ross is the biological father of Marcy's Son. Shortly after he and his half-brother are born, Patrick disposes their mothers' corpses and hides them in a remote shed on his family's property to cocoon, awaiting their rebirth as adults.
Claudia's son and siblings[]
It is unknown what his relationship with his siblings were, including his half-brother, who was born shortly after he was on the same night to another woman.

- He is the firstborn child of Patrick Ross and the second hybrid to be created naturally outside a science lab after Sil's son.
- His birth demonstrated that a human/alien hybrid being born to a human mother is fatal for the mother.
- He is a second-generation hybrid.
- He is Marcy's only child.
- Out of all of Patrick's children in the film, he has lived the longest due to technically being the eldest child.
- He has also lived longer than Sil's son by over a day. It is presumed he lived for over two weeks.
- Only Sara from the third film has outlived him.
- Based solely on the limited footage of his birth, Marcy's son, after bursting from his mother's womb, appears to have an elongated head. But upon further maturation in the next scene, he, like his brother, appear like normal boys.
- From the impregnation of his mother up to his birth, it appeared to take no more than a few minutes than with Sil's son in the first film for him to be conceived and begin gestation.
