Rinaldo was a character from Species: The Awakening. He was a male hybrid created by Forbes McGuire to serve as a cab driver. He was killed by Tom Hollander under Azura's orders. Tom managed to escape, pinning him between two cars and burning him to death.

- Rinaldo's jaw and functions are strongly similar to the Xenomorph's retractile jaw from the Alien franchise.
- He is one of two adult males seen and killed in The Awakening, the other being Calderon.
- His alien appearance is composed of both CGI and a cast made from actor Marco Bacuzzi's bust.
